Elite Customer Service, LLC Receives Two National Council Certifications 

Ann Arbor-based customer service training company receives prestigious certifications from Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

 

August 1, 2017 — Ann Arbor, MI — Elite Customer Service, LLC has received national certifications as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

“We are proud to count Elite Customer Service, LLC as one of the 11,500 certified WBEs and WOSBs in the U.S.”, said Michelle Richards, president of the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council.

WBENC’s national standard of certification provided by the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Certification Committee is a meticulous process that includes an in-depth review of the business and a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm that the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. According to WBENC, by including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations, and government agencies demonstrates their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.
